The Sentry “S-Style” Rinser is designed
to handle multiple container sizes with ease. Neoprene grippers provide for a secure but gentle handling of the
product.
All Sentry Rinsers come equipped with a quick change over hand crank system, to
provide a simple adjustment between container diameters.
A standard 5 hp drive powers the two sided grip chains through heavy duty spur gears.
Ionizing Manifold
Once the product enters rinse box, it will then pass over nozzles spraying water or ionized air (depending on customer requirements), to remove debris from the inside.
Drive End
A standard 5 hp electric motor powers the drive
end.
Idle End
The idle end features a pneumatic take up to
ensure proper gripper chain tension.
Vacuum Blower
The vacuum blower features a standard 2
hp electric blower motor.
