The Sentry Pallet Washer is the very latest in pallet washer design. Contrary to conventional designs, the Sentry Pallet Washer stands the pallet vertically to be washed at the rate of 180 pallets per hour with continuous prime. |

After the washing process is complete, the pallet is returned to the horizontal position, removing any residual water prior to the drying cycle.

Before entering the drying cycle, the pallet is once again taken to the vertical position where the pallets are exposed to the high volume blower units.

After the drying cycle is complete, the pallets are conveyed to and stacked by the pallet stacker.

After the pallet has been tilted 90 degrees, a 10 hp "Teel" pump sends high-pressure water through "Spiraljet" nozzles covering both the top and bottom surfaces. The tilted trash removal system features "Ashworth" filter belting, and a 1/3 hp electric drive motor. |
