Elevator / Lowerator

The Sentry line of lowerators and elevators are designed with a heavy duty construction of 3" square tubing.   The standard automatic chain lubrication system ensures maximum wear track and chain life. Other standard equipment includes an auto-pneumatic take-up.

Features Include

  • A quick change over hand crank system provides a adjustment between container diameters.

  • Neoprene grippers provide for a secure but gentle handling of the product.

Idle End

The Idle End features an internal automatic pneumatic tensioner (take-up), with controlled pressure provided by a regulator (standard) mounted to the side of the machine.

 The handwheel adjustment mechanism provides lateral adjustment of the machine to accommodate various product sizes. (10oz - 3ltr)

 

Drive End

Drive End

 Standard equipment on the drive includes a 3hp electric motor, and dust covers for all universal joints.

 

Lubrication

Lubrication

 All Sentry Elevators and Lowerators come with a  "Thrif-TLube" electric lubricator pump (by Lubriquip) to help reduce chain friction.
