Case Conveyor construction is of sturdy 11 gauge painted mild steel or stainless steel, depending on customer requirements. A variety of styles are available which incorporate many types of belts, rollers, and chains to accommodate each customers custom conveying needs.

Belt conveyors use a heavy duty high friction belt to allow for horizontal braking, inclined, or declined applications.

Zero Pressure

Pneumatically controlled zones allow for maximum accumulation and minimum line pressure.

Table Top

Table top case handling systems include many types of steel and plastic chains that allow the use of side flexing curves and provide numerous transfer options. Some chains can be used with very small idle sprockets or nose-bar transfers when product size requires minimal distance between conveyors.

V-Belt

V-Belt driven live roller conveyors include curves and short straight sections as required which may be independent or in some applications slave driven by other live roller conveyors.

Live Roller

This type of conveyor is driven by a PVC coated flat belt under the transportation roller. This design allows accumulation of product without excessive buildup of line pressure.
